After you buy
What actually happens once you've bought a pack.
No onboarding call, no software to install, no waiting on a rep to get back to you. Here is the entire sequence, in order, with the timing we hold ourselves to.
The sequence
- 01At checkout
You tell us two things.
The states you're licensed in, and the cell number you want lead alerts sent to. That's the whole form. The vertical is already set by whichever pack you bought — life and final expense, auto, or homeowners — so there's nothing extra to pick and no onboarding call to sit through.
- 02Within 1 business day
We confirm it back to you.
A text and an email, both listing your states, your vertical, and the alert number we have on file. Read it. If a state is wrong this is the cheapest moment to fix it — once the campaign is built, your slice is already scoped to those states.
- 03Launch
Your slice of the engine starts running.
Your portal link arrives when it goes live. From that point the campaign only ever contacts consumers in your states, and every lead it produces routes to you and nobody else. We don't resell, recycle, or split them.
- 04While it runs
We send. Your name is never on it.
The texts go out from our own registered toll-free numbers, on our infrastructure, with automatic opt-out handling. You are never the sender and your agency name isn't in the outbound message — you receive people who replied and asked to hear more. Opt-outs, wrong numbers, and “stop” replies never count against your total.
- 05Seconds after each reply
The lead reaches you twice.
It drips into your live portal about three seconds after the consumer replies, and an SMS hits your cell at the same moment with their name, state, and exactly what they said. You should not have to be watching a screen to catch a lead — the phone buzz is the real alert.
- 06Same day, usually
The pack fulfills inside one day, max.
Order before 10 AM and it usually fulfills the same day, with most leads landing between 11 AM and 5 PM as replies roll in. Order after noon and it typically splits — about half that day, the rest the following day. Either way, be ready to dial the moment your phone buzzes.
- 07If it runs short
We keep blasting at our cost.
Every pack carries a floor of 40 interested and 15 qualified leads minimum. Floors are minimums, not targets. If a pack lands under one, we keep texting on our own dime until you're whole — you don't file anything and you don't argue for it. The ceiling is uncapped: the best single pack we've seen delivered 73 interested and 34 beneficiary leads.
What lands with every lead
Name, phone (proven live — they texted from it), address, city, state, ZIP, email, date of birth, credit band, and the full SMS conversation with timestamps. Life and final expense packs also carry pre-existing conditions, health flags, and the named beneficiary; auto and homeowners packs carry current carrier, renewal timing, and ownership confirmation where given. It all sits in your portal and exports any time.
The two kinds of lead you'll see
Interested (POS) — they answered yes to the opening question. “Yes,” “sure,” “tell me more,” “how much,” “call me after 3.” Their exact words come with the lead. These close around 3%.
Qualified — they went a step further and answered the follow-up that matters in their vertical: who the policy would be for on life (BENE), carrier and renewal date on auto (RENEW), ownership and current carrier on homeowners (OWNER). On life that's the strongest buying signal in the business — those close around 10%.
Our AI classifies replies at 99.99% accuracy, but every so often someone names their beneficiary as a sitting president. That's not a lead — and it never counts toward your totals. Full yield numbers per pack →
What you need on your end
A license for what you're selling in the states you picked, a phone, and the discipline to call while the lead is warm. The portal runs in any browser — there's no CRM to buy and nothing to install. Speed-to-call is the single biggest close-rate lever you control, which is the whole reason the alert hits your cell instead of an inbox.
If something looks wrong
Text (347) 276-0577 — that's the fastest way and it reaches us directly. Mention your order number and we'll pull the campaign up while we're talking. Email support@lumitide.tech works too, it's just slower.
