Who we are

Lumitide provides lead-generation services to licensed insurance professionals. Questions about this policy can be sent to support@lumitide.tech.

What we collect

From clients and prospective clients: name, business email, phone, state(s) of licensure, and payment details (processed by our payment provider; we do not store card numbers).

From website visitors: basic technical logs (IP, browser, pages viewed) used to operate and secure the site. Analytics and advertising cookies are only set if you allow them — see Cookies below.

Cookies

The first time you visit, we ask which cookies you allow. Your answer is stored on your device and can be changed at any time with the Cookie preferences link in the site footer. We group them into three categories:

Strictly necessary — keep you signed in to the portal, remember your cookie choice, and protect against abuse. These are always on; the site does not work without them.

Analytics — aggregate measurement of which pages get read and where visitors drop off, so we know what to fix. Off unless you allow them.

Advertising — let us attribute sign-ups to the ad that brought you here and limit how often you see the same ad. Off unless you allow them.

Consumer outreach data

Our outreach campaigns use consumer contact data that we license from data providers. Consumers can opt out of our messages at any time by replying STOP; opt-outs are honored automatically and permanently. Consumers who wish to know what data we hold about them, or to have it deleted, may contact us at the email above.

How we use information

To deliver contracted services (including routing consumer replies to the client who purchased the campaign), to bill for services, to respond to inquiries, and to comply with law. We do not sell client information. Consumer leads generated for a client are delivered exclusively to that client.

Retention & security

We retain business records as long as needed for the purposes above and as required by law. Data is stored with reputable cloud providers and access is limited to those who need it to operate the service.

Your choices

Unsubscribe links or reply-based opt-outs are honored on all our communications. You may request access to or deletion of your personal information by emailing us; we will respond within 30 days.
